Single-Origin Flax
We do not use cotton blends, viscose, or synthetics. Every thread is 100% 70 Lea flax grown in the damp, temperate river valleys of Normandy and Belgium where natural rainfall yields the longest, strongest fibers.
01. The Maison
MALVESSI was founded on a singular material conviction: that linen, when spun from pure 70 Lea European flax, is the most noble and comfortable textile known to human skin.

We do not use cotton blends, viscose, or synthetics. Every thread is 100% 70 Lea flax grown in the damp, temperate river valleys of Normandy and Belgium where natural rainfall yields the longest, strongest fibers.
The raw fibers are spun in historic mills in Northern Italy to a rare 70 Lea count. The resulting yarn has exceptional tensile strength, open breathability, and an organic slub character that catches light with subtle variation.
Luxury is assumed, never announced. Our shirts are tailored with single-needle French lockstitching and mother-of-pearl buttons, designed not to wear out, but to soften, gain character, and become yours.
“Linen has been refined for centuries. Malvessi does not invent that heritage; it brings the cloth into a contemporary cut for a life well lived.”
